Flowers.ua Tracking Order Status

Well, sadly I haven't checked the feedback on trustpilot and used their service. Poor communication, took my money and said it will be delivered, but nothing happened since. Tried varies options to contact them. 1 of 7 attempts they responded, said they will do everything in the best way and that was it. Money gone, no support, no feedback, when requested feedback, hours later and next day they responded with apologies and the refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. I have received the refund already.

I am working in the UK and my wife and daughter being in the Ukraine, I have used this company to send flowers and gifts to my wife for her birthday and gifts for my daughters birthday. the deliveries have been excellent and on the stated date and time that I have chosen to have then delivered. I trust they will deliver the same standards for my next planned delivery for valentines day

I am in the UK, I first used this company in 2011, and since then I have used them 2-3 times a year for deliveries inside Ukraine, to various cities.. I often order cake and fruit basket, and other gifts in addition to the flowers. Today I have just had a delivery made in Kyiv, and the recipient has sent me photos of the bouquets, plus fruit and a cake. I ordered at the end of last week. I asked the company to phone the recipient to confirm that they would be at home, and they did that phoning them first thing this morning. I have not had a difficulty with them, even during the pandemic and the current war in Ukraine. Recommended.
