Paul was most helpful when I had made a booking error. He was patient with me, and assisted me in navigating a reservation that was confusing. He was most gracious to an " old lady". I hope he gets high kudos from others, too.

Darren Smith helped us with five transactions over the past month and he was a huge help in getting 23 students and teachers on the same flight at a reasonable price that we could afford.
