Fiorucci Tracking Order Status

as an Italian I love Fiorucci obviously :) Ordered few things and everything arrived within a couple of days! I could not be happier!!! Sad there's no physical store anymore :( LOVE FIORUCCI <3

Aucun problème concernant la rapidité de l’envoi et le soin apporté à l’emballage. Les choses se gâtent si vous avez besoin de renvoyer un article, ce que j’ai fait tout en commandant un nouvel article à ma taille cette fois-ci. Le délai de remboursement est incroyablement long, le plus long que je connaisse pour un achat en ligne, un mois… Et c’est stipulé dans leurs conditions de vente, ce que je n’avais effectivement pas vu.

Great customer service - unfortunatley one of my items arrived faulty. The customer service team replied promptly and the matter was quickly rectified over email. I also sent an item back which was a bit big and the refund was issued quickly. I've ordered a few times from their website and the items arrive quickly which is always a bonus!

I ordered some stuff on 01/04/2023. Then I had received e-mail from fedex about my package was delivered on 04/04/2023. But neither I nor my husband got the package. After that I got in contact with fedex then fedex suggested to contact Fiorucci. On 06/04/2023, I communicated Fiorucci customer service, Laura helped me during the process. And today my issue was solved and my package re-send to me and received it today. Thank you Laura 🫶

Laura was great help in tracking my order after a confusion with Klarna that led to the order not being processed. A few days later my package had arrived. Great service and great help
