Fellow Tracking Order Status

Fellow products are nice. But they wanted to make cheap money. I ordered some mug $150 worth hoping to use them. But I did not like as much and wanted to return some and get different fellow products but the return process is a hell. Felt like they intentionally made it harder so that I can’t return them. Listen fellow I was initially to buy your products and recommended to my friends but now I feel like you guys little care little I spend $ 600 dollar ….I bought a grinder, ekg kettle and 5 move mugs.

Mistakes happen! A company's true personality is in how they address issues. I ordered 4 mugs from Fellow after falling for low level UTube reviewers pitch. In the future I will stick with reviews from long established, known and trusted reviewers before purchasing anything! I am sure Fellow Mugs will work for many folks and I wish them the very best. They did not work for me. I found it initially impossible to reach them to return their products. Their use of "Zendesk" in my experience is a BIG Negative! But it is their choice. I only received a response after emailing Fellow directly. an address not easily attainable in my experience. But one I found actually produced an avenue to a solution. As Trust Pilot does not allow sharing email addresses I cannot share Fellow's address. But checking the address of their review our product email will get you there. In the end Fellow honored its return policy with a full refund. I suspect "Zendesk" as the issue with no response to my early requests & give Fellow a pass on not responding. As when directly contacted they were honest and efficient. My issue with their mugs was the lid gasket. Had it been properly installed & not simply laying inside the mug. I would not have noticed what I perceive as a possible health issue. In my perspective. As previously stated I am sure Fellow mugs will work perfectly for many and wish them all the best. I have purchased their electric kettle and their Atmos canisters, and am not satisfied with either. The kettle overshoots the programmed temperature when set at 80-85 or lower, unless the kettle is really full (which, for one person, is a waste). This is clearly a structural problem, since I returned the first one and the second one had exactly the same fault. And their canisters both started to lose their vacuuming ability after a few months of use. Very disappointed given that they are marketed as premium products, at premium prices. They seem to focus on design more than on functionality.

I have the Ode grinder, Stagg EKG kettle and carter mugs. They are all great. The customer service is really easy to get in touch with and they provide great support. Shipping is packed well.

First time purchase for their most of the products - Grinder, Pour-over Kit, Electric Kettle... since I am into pour-over coffee. UPS Failed to delivery the items securely, items were missing/lost, and I was not able to receive it by the time I need. Customer service tried to resolve the issue but eventually, they failed to find the resolution with UPS for missing/lost item and also not providing a full refund. They offered the store credit but why can't it be in the original payment method for not secure delivery that is caused from the shipping courier? I know the company makes a good product but shipping and support experience deserves 2 stars.
