I placed the order on 12/07/2023. Then I got an email from Evri that they have got my parcel. I was waiting for about 2 weeks but there are no movements in the shipping history. I wrote to support three times, but did not receive an answer. Terrible service! Upd. Thanks to the support I finally received my order

I had trouble adding certain items to my order, so reached out to the customer service team on facebook. I was put in touch with a staff member called Rebecca who was absolutely fantastic went above and beyond to explain certain things and took extra time when helping me choose. Will deffo be coming back. Thank you to Rebecca and Feel Unique :)

Great customer service, had a problem with my gift cards and they sorted it straight away!
