Fat Buddha Store Tracking Order Status

Bought a pair of boots from them online, and came with next day delivery, packed well and super happy. Will be ordering from them again and putting them on my short list of "great online stores".

Bought a lovely pair of Berghaus trail shoes from the store. Staff were really friendly and helpful and shoes are incredibly comfortable. Will definitely go back.

First order (over £100) went perfectly. Second order (also over £100) - Not so much. One of the items was incorrect. The helpdesk staff are actually very quick to reply and polite. I was given a partial refund (so I could keep the item which I could use) and on top of that was given a coupon for extra money off my order. The items/supplies are not cheap per unit, so I went on my way feeling happy with the service. However ...Third order (over £80) - I used the discounts given to order the correct item, and some more besides, but AGAIN one of the items was incorrect (a different item from the one before.) I did contact the help staff, and they were polite again, but despite this level of service which was good, I've lost all confidence in ordering from this website. With something as fundamental as getting what I actually ordered, I don't feel I can give a good recommendation for this company. I will be going elsewhere for my supplies. I'd rather spend a bit more and be sure of getting the right items.

Fab customer service - I love that I got updated promptly with tracking info and it was dispatched so quickly which meant the bag arrived in time for my trip - yay! I'd resigned myself to having to wait until my next trip but you exceeded my expectations so thank you :) fab little company, some really nice personal touches which I appreciated too.
