FastGrowingTrees Tracking Order Status

Very disappointed! I spent over $600 on 6 trees and a bottle of Neem oil. CrabApple tree died first year, and the two maple trees came out of winter dead this year. Purchase was in Sept of 2021. I planted and took care if these trees as instructed; plenty of water and sunshine - now DEAD and no guarantee unless you buy the extended warranty. I never did get the Neem oil and it was never addressed by the company even after multiple entries to “Contact us” on their website. Do yourself a favor and buy local!!!!

This USED TO BE a good company. This time had my money for 6 months and when it came time to ship the trees, no word that they weren't going to. Terrible, no communication. Phone calls led to promises of email and phone calls that never happened. They have gone down the drain totally! Take my advice and find another place to buy trees. I already did!

One of my trees arrived damaged, but survived. 3 of my trees died the first winter (winter hardy avocado and Lohan). One plant never arrived and was cancelled three months later due to lack of availability. Fast-Growing-Trees, unlike many nurseries does not guarantee their plants. They have a 30 day guarantee from time of shipping and you must buy an extended warranty which will add at least 25% to your order. There is also significant variability in the size of their plants. Beware.

My delivery arrived today and all trees apart from one was perfect. One of the trees had snapped in transit and looked terrible. I contacted the company , sent pictures and they immediately replaced my tree. Thank you fast growing ..

My first purchases with the company were ok last year. My recent one was absolutely terrible. I found one species of similar trees at Home Depot for half the price. They advertised another as gallon sized containers but they are half that. Customer service is no help. If you can't find what you're looking for locally, Arbor Day Foundation is non-profit and has a good selection available for purchase. Update: Customer service gave me a partial refund for the "gallon" sized trees.
