Fanjoy Tracking Order Status

The sweatshirts are decent quality BUT, I ordered 6 "mystery hoodies" 2 of 3 different sizes. I recieved the order today and I litterly got all of the same sweatshirts. 2 in gray and 4 in black all with the same "Kindness is cute" decal on them. To me it was a waste, why would we want multiples of the same hoodie. Super annoyed!

I am extremely satisfied with my order and will definitely buy from them again. I ordered a limited edition XL XPLR Black Letterman Jacket from their 25x25 line. It didn’t seem to be moving but once they had sent me the tracking information they were constantly sending me updates Regards the location of my order. They were very professional and I am super happy with the service that they provided. I did have to ask quite a few questions regarding my order but everything was explained in thorough detail and I can say that I am happy with Fanjoy.

Very poor quality and poor quality item !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought the 2021 Nightwalker Classic Sneakers. They did not fit true to size and the construction was subpar. You have to pay for return shipping (which is fine) but the process was very difficult to navigate. Es ist alles, was ich bestellt habe, angekommen. Die Sweatshirts sind kuschelig, finde die Qualität super. Ein Stern Abzug, weil ich Ende September bestellt habe und es ist erst jetzt angekommen und weil man keine E-Mails mehr von Fanjoy bekommt, nachdem die Ware ihren Lager verlässt. Man muss öfters in den Route App schauen, damit man sieht, wo das Packet sich zur Zeit befindet und man bekommt von dieser App auch keine Benachrichtigungen, wenn ein Update zur Lieferung eintrifft.

I am amending/updating this review. Fanjoy reached out and after showing them photos of what we received, they sent out a new phone cover that was exactly as expected. So, if you have any issues, make sure you contact them as they will make things right. Thank you fanjoy for the follow-up. I still left one star off because they should have better initial quality control. Ordered a Tiko phone cover and it did t look anything like advertised. Picture was blown up and cut off. You can’t even make out what it was supposed to be. We had it sent overseas by a freight forwarding agent, so no way to even return it. My son was so disappointed. Will never recommend this company and these YouTubers that push their fans to buy through them should be ashamed
