Realised I had sent £1,000 to a defunct account on FairFx. My fault entirely. Panic as it had disappeared!! Approached help- response likely within one to three days. Danielle Hill-Pickett responded within the hour- had located the funds within 30 minutes and redirected them to the correct account. When I am dealing with a “bank” I want them to respond asap. Outstanding service. Always happy with this offer but now over the moon! Thank you
