Expedia Ireland Tracking Order Status

I was going to Colombia. Aer Lingus Dublin to Amsterdam, KLM Amsterdam to Panama, COPA Panama to Bogota. It was a very early morning departure from Dublin. I checked my bag in automatically, there was no agent there doing it manually. While on the flight from Dublin to Amsterdam, I happened to take a look at the receipt for my bag. To my horror, my bag was only checked as far as Panama, but I was going one country beyond--Colombia. I thus had to go all the way to Colombia, arrive without my bag, and ask for the help of the baggage agents in Bogota. They had a problem helping me, since my bag was tagged to another country, but in a couple of days they managed to get my bag to me. Great service by COPA. But GARBAGE service by Aer Lingus and Expedia. Expedia sold me a ticket knowing my bag would not be tagged to my destination. When I subsequently complained to Aer Lingus, I was given the suggestion that I should have entered Panama, passed thru Customs and Passports, gone to the baggage area, got my bag anad found where to recheck it for my final flight, and once again passed thru Customs and passport on the way out. Whath kind of utter imbeciles do Aer Lingus employ?

Brilliant customer service ! The lady on the phone was very polite and was able to get me a full refund back from a "non-refunable" airline or a airline policy that only would refund you with voucher's. I'm very happy as I have gotten my full refund back and not a cent less. Thank you again 👍

I have used Expedia.ie numerous times over the past 12 years and would highly recommend them! I have never experienced any problems with them. They have always provided exactly as promised. Their terms and conditions are highly transparent. I would highly recommend Expedia.ie to anyone

We booked a multi flight schedule which showed a particular long haul flight to be economy class rather than business class as booked. This was a concern as we had just read some poor reviews about Expedia. However one e-mail followed by one phone call to their customer support team sorted the issue. The problem turned out to be a technical glitch by the airline. All in all very professional & extremely helpful. I will use Expedia in the future.

I wanted to take my Girlfriend on a trip for christmas and Expedia had all the options that I wanted to check out, gave fairly straight forward options for changing my search parameters and the flight&hotel option was exactly what I needed. Changing flight times, airports and booking the hotel, checking suites, different costs etc was extremely easy and to be perfectly honest Expedia made me feel confident about what I was purchasing. On top of this I had some credit card issues and the Call Centre was extremely helpful.
