Great customer service, returns a bit tricky with a percentage deducted for multiple dress returns but I read this before returning and the informed me when I enquired about returns. I had a problem with my return tracking not updating but the customer service team were so helpful and polite every step of the way and sorted my return for me. Thank you so much

The dresses were beautiful and perfect quality. The customer service is also brilliant with dealing with issues and refunds!

I received two beautiful dresses which unfortunately didn’t fit me. I returned them straight away as per the instructions. The instructions were very clear but it was much more of a faff then , for example, asos or very. I also had to pay postage. 6 weeks later I still hadn’t received a refund. I emailed a couple of times. Finally I spoke to Sarah on chat who was extremely helpful and facilitated the refund. I don’t think I would order again due to the complications of returning the dresses, however they were very beautiful dresses. Thank you
