Ordered some good seats ;didn’t look at…

Ordered some good seats ;didn’t look at seat numbers when tickets became available;when arrived at venue the seats were not the same ;company said no refund which I was at the show and didn’t ask for refund ;no explanation as to what occurred and no consideration for reduced price in seats which were definitely not close to what I ordered ;still haven’t heard from company

Updated Review.., better than expected

10/22/24- **I am updating my review below. I did hear back from the company and they have satisfied my customer service need, so I am changing my review. I appreciate the response from the company. It did take some time that’s why I am leaving the 4, but, more importantly, they have earned my business again if necessary.** ORIGINAL post below.., (see UPDATED above) I did give one additional star for being able to talk to someone in customer service. But as all the other complaints I now see, the same thing happened to me. I purchased the tickets, was over charged, and also had an extra $50 added to my ticket for service fees and delivery. I did explain to the customer service person, I did not see the additional service charge and fee charge until after I placed the order. He told me that I see that before placing the order, and explained to him that that is not the case. If the company thinks that is what is happening, it is not. I did explain to him, that customers do not see those extra fees before placing the order. They see them after the fact. He did say that there is nothing that they could do, and there is no refund. He stated that he would send an email to another department and I should get a email back from them. I did tell him that I would not have agreed to an extra $100 for those tickets. Disappointing. I also asked him about a subscription that I saw on my account. I wanted to make sure I was not subscribed to something or I was charged again. He did tell me that I would not be charged for anything else.
