Discussing a query via WhatsApp was easy and quick. My question was answered efficiently and professionally. Much easier than contacting the company by telephone and quicker than using email. All in all a good experience.

Excellent service so easy to switch account

Customer service very helpful and prompt. Has issues with full payment being taken from my account yet a regular direct debit was in place along with my E.on account being in credit. No consultation received, just full amount taken! Why they did not take the balance owed above the direct debit amount from my credit could not be answered, but a refund was paid to my bank account and the balance deducted from my credit. This only happened once I had contacted E.on to question the event. E.on need to update their system to do this in future.

So easy Brilliant.
