Terrible company. They advertise these great resell rates, but you end up paying more in fees and taxes than when you would use another company. The support was friendly though

Poor user interface. Confusing and made me waste a lot of time trying to figure out how to use it and transfer my domain name out to my web hosting site. Several hidden costs too. There are cheaper and better alternatives out there. Their 24/7 chat function is pretty good though, responded quite fast. However I didn't see the small red bubble at the bottom right corner till a couple days later.
