Endicia Tracking Order Status

I just received a fraud alert from my credit card company. They explained Endicia had just charged my account $1.00. I cancelled the card. I've never done business with Endicia and I checked to see if I've used the card recently at a USPS office, which I hadn't. So it would appear my cc info was stolen by or from some other vendor and sold to someone either employed by Endicia or somehow using their app to generate stamps and then launder the stamps at a discount.

The "New" system is difficult to use and inconvenient. I know why they did it - to control label usage and prevent people from buying generic stamp labels off EBAY or Amazon. Now you have to buy the stamp labels from them at highly inflated prices. What used to take 15 seconds to print a stamp now requires a log-in, input of a stamp serial number, and the Dymo interactive scale no longer works. While I love being able to print postage off my Dymo 450 Twin Turbo, Endicia has made the process cumbersome and inefficient in the name of grabbing more profits. I will look at replacing with something else soom.

Great idea, but poor execution. The service is clunky, and I have had to call customer support multiple times. Nothing has ever gone smoothly during any of the transactions I have executed (or tried to execute) via Endicia. Error messages are numerous and non-descriptive, the system will log you out unexpectedly, and the final label rendering step often times out, so no labels are produced, though you are immediately charged, and have to request a refund, which takes around 15 business days to be returned to your account (not to your linked payment card).

The only drawback is proof of delivery option as with using USPS directly.

Amazing for USPS postage, like actually love it. A few complaints -it would be nice if it integrated with more e-commerce sites than just eBay and Amazon. -SCAN forms are a pain to access. It takes ~10 clicks to print the form, would be nice if it was faster and was accessible right from the program instead of the webpage. -Only does USPS postage, it would be nice if it worked with UPS and Fedex
