Ember Inns Tracking Order Status

Visited Brewers Fayre Birmingham Street with family of 6. Food ok but was served on cold plates which in turn meant the food was cold quickly. Very disappointing overall. Have visited White horse Norton Stourbridge on several occasions. There plates were hot and server's said to be careful as plates were hot. Why should places differ so much.

We enjoy our regular visits to the lovely White House Ember Inn pub and are very well looked after by staff there. However the offers advertised on the Ember Inns web site are no longer available and have not been available for at least the last 6 weeks that we are aware of. The site advertises Thursday Cask club beer from £2.79 and Cocktails at £10 for two. Neither was available on our last few visits to the White House, yesterday or 2 weeks 4 weeks and 6 weeks ago. The beer yesterday was £3.15 and £3.35 a pint. Two cocktails for £12. The website is misleading and needs updating. Must be in breach of advertising standards.

Just had lunch with my wife at The Barton Arms in Worsley for about the 20th time.Great service,Tasty food, plenty of choice,good ambiance -amazing value.

Can we have an Ember Inn Gosport please.Went for lunch today Woodpecker Waterlooville.What a refreshing change.Staff,service food all ten out of ten,plus plus,plus.Thank you all.

The staff are very good especially Abbie Bamber who works at Anderton arms.
