Ekster Tracking Order Status

I had an excellent experience with the support team. They were very helpful in resolving an issue I had with my wallet. I would like to commend the team for having such a knowledgeable and efficient team member like Abril.

After a lot of emails, i decided to buy their wallet tracker. It doesn't have the search feature that airtags have, which I felt was a massive letdown.

I've had the pleasure of owning an Ekster wallet for a couple of years. It's the best wallet I've ever owned. Way better than some competitor models being pushed currently. But I needed to reach out to Ekster regarding the AirTag Cash Band. Bianca on the Customer Service team blew my mind with how expertly and courteously she handled my inquiry. For my experience with her and customer service (besides the excellent quality of the wallet), I'll never own anything but an Ekster.

The product itself is good - my husband is very happy with his cardholder, but the returns process is shocking. I have an unopened cardholder to return, requested the label online and didn't receive it (weirdly you have to wait for it to be emailed to you), chased up 14 days ago, still no reply. What are the odds that the label won't come in the return window? I think high!

Ekster is a great company. High quality products. Fast shipping. Outstanding customer service. I had a small hiccup with my order and it was immediately resolved without hesitation. My husband loves his new wallet and finder card.
