Edikted (US & Canada) Tracking Order Status

I put in an order for my daughter. Before it arrived I noticed everything in my order was being advertised much cheaper. I asked them if they could honour the price difference and they said they couldn’t, but told me to just send it back and reorder at the lower price. I did as they advised and I started the return. The total price came up as much less value than what I had paid but they assured me this was for shipping paperwork only. Then I went to the post office and they told me it would cost £64 to return the original order, which was already valued by them at less money then I had paid. I now have 2 sets of the same items and have to pay a further £64 if I want to send one back. Absolutely ridiculous advice I was given, with nobody telling me that it would be better to keep the original order as I am from the UK. Will be taking this further if I still get no response Update: I have had a response and been given a refund on my second order, so back in the position I was first in, but happy that I no longer have to spend £64 returning this.

i am a 16 year old girl which was very sceptical about purchasing anything from this website due to the bad reviews especially with high costing products but i decided to buy a pair of jeans and a cardigan anyways as i really wanted them. My order came within 5 days and they kept me updated all the way to where my package was, i have received everything i have purchased and am so happy with the quality and time it took to get here and therefore am not sure why there are bad review’s when i cannot say anything bad about them

Quick shipping, arrived in only seven business days. The jeans are so cute and high quality too, for the price you can’t complain. The fit is also really great, I was scared since people claimed that the sizing was off and that you should size up two sizes but my normal size fits me well. Customer service isn’t really great via emails, you should contact them per instagram.

I can’t for the life of me figure out these bad reviews for Edikted. I have ordered at least four times from this company and every time the clothes arrived in a timely manner. The clothes are for my teenage daughter and they all look great on her, and she was happy with them too. They seem like good quality clothes. I even accidentally ordered the wrong size jeans and had a very easy experience exchanging them for the right size. The replacement size came right away. By the way, my teenage daughter told me Edikted is pronounced “addicted” which I totally missed so I thought I would pass that on just in case lol
