Eaze Tracking Order Status

Horrible company. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. They will cancel your order with no explanation. I waited for over 2 hours only for them to cancel my order after all of the dispensary's in my area closed. Kept saying 5 minutes away and I even contacted support and they promised my order would arrive. I will never use this service ever again. This happens more often than not they are not reliable and do not care about their customers at all.

Horrible experience. Corporate hellscape, takes forever to deliver and no customer service options. I ordered at 10:05 and it said my ETA will be dlieverd shortly. It's almost 3 hours later and no text. Does eaze just expect I stay at home all day in case they decide to deliver?

I’ve used Eaze a bunch of times without a problem. But their website is a joke. Their promotional emails are sent at 9:30 but you can’t order until they open at 11. There is no inventory management so if you order something out of stock it just doesn’t go through - no indication why.

Offered a $40 promotional credit for referrals who ordered before July 31, 2019, per their email: "It’s summertime and we want to celebrate with you! For a limited time only, you can earn double the credit for each friend you refer who orders with Eaze Wellness. That's $40 for each friend that signs up and makes a purchase between July 17 and July 31." My referral purchased an order prior to that date and it was delivered on August 1. I got the first half of the bonus, a $20 credit. When I contacted Eaze Wellness about the missing other half after a week, they said the order was not eligible because it was not *delivered* by July 31. That's not what their email stated. Customer service refused to help except that they'd relay my complaint about the misleading email to their "trust and safety team." Eaze Wellness also has a tendency to remove products without warning. So if there's something you like, stock up on it, because their self-proclaimed best sellers may be missing a week later. They get two stars because their shipping is fast and some of their products are affordable.
