Eat Clean Tracking Order Status

Love the variety of food I can choose from and how I can tell everything is fresh. The delivery to my door step is just a plus!!

Pros: the paleo meals were totally paleo and surprisingly delicious. Cons: The meals totally lack visual appeal. There is no communication from the company to the recipient. No emails after signing up; no email when my first order did not ship; no email when my 2nd order was Already billed without my knowledge. (I was still waiting for my first order to arrive). I made several phone calls and left messages before my call was returned. The young lady was very pleasant and after some research found out my first order was never processed by then even though it came out of my acct. Just to be clear, My initial order was set to arrive April 26th, but due to the issues on their side, I received the next (second one I had inadvertently paid for) on May 3rd. Though the food, imo, is good, I am still concerned with the lack of communication with this company.

Chicken was chopped up fatty thighs unless specified breast, when it was breast it was coated in something. Ordering all Keto I knew it didn’t match diet, also nutrition says “approximate” value, when watching weight that doesn’t work. Some products has expiration dates and some didn’t. Steak was half dehydrated jerky. On a positive note the meatballs were amazing

I absolutely love it, the meals are delicious, tasty and fresh. They have so many healthy options to chose from. They help me stay on track and maintain a healthy diet. All meals are always delivered on time. I have no complaints.
