Tutto poco chiaro, ho preso loro assicurazione ma quando vai dalla societa di noleggio ti fanno capire che e una copertura dove prima anticipo (in caso di problemi) e poi dopo mesi forse recuperi. alla fine ho dovuto fare anche l'assicurazione della compagnia e invece di spendere 52€ ne ho spesi 130! in caso di cauzione soldi trattenuti per 3 settimane...

We had a flight diversion four hours away in Italy. I called up and explained why I’d missed my booking as you normally loose it if the car goes uncollected. They not only refunded me quickly but sent an email to confirm. It resulted in me booking again with them straight away.
