DW Fitness First Tracking Order Status

I went full out in the Glute Gains and Exceed class at the Oxford Circus fitness branch. Both left me aching for a couple of days. The new manger, Chris was friendly, knowledgeable and attentive and his workout was very effective. He pushed me to my limit in a professional and considerate way. If you work or visit the west end regularly, the Oxford Circus fitness branch is a real gem and the staff like Pearl and Leon make it a great place to train! It’s clean and convenient. But be warned, be prepared to sweat!

Would not recommend. One squat rack and one flat bench press for the entire gym, but for some reason they have about 30 treadmills and elipticals. Overall the equipment is quite old and needs an update too. The area is a black spot for mobile data which makes you reliant on Wifi however that doesn’t work so you need to save your pass to photos and download all music before you get there. When asked if they are looking into the wifi it was a clear not my problem. I expected a lot better for the price I’m paying

There's no real area in the gym available with enough space for matt work. The small space available is extremely tight. For the price, not the best utilisation of space

This gym is great, not too crowded, and affordable. For those who want to work out and have a good time, this gym is a great option.

Love this place. Pleasant and helpful staff. Decent equipment and facilities.
