Amazing customer service from Dusk Lighting. I ordered 2 matching lights to hang over my kitchen island, unfortunately when they arrived, one was a slightly different colour to the other and they didn't look right. I spoke to William who, without hesitation, arranged for delivery of a 3rd light. He said I could wait until it arrived and decide which was the best match and then return the mismatched light. The new light arrived within a couple of days, it matched one of the originals perfectly. I boxed the mismatched light up in the packaging from the new light and William arranged a collection. I honestly could not have faulted them for a second, amazing customer service and I will happily purchase from them again and highly recommend them.
