Products are good albeit expensive. Reason I will not shop again is poor service - items did not arrive and had to contact Drydrinker. Was told items were damaged in transit - would have been good to have been told rather than waiting a week. Request for delivery fee to be refunded was refused- very disappointing.

I can see now I'm not the only customer to have a negative experience with the founder of Dry Drinker! My order arrived quickly and was well-packaged. One bottle of alcohol-free red wine was clearly faulty, it fizzed and foamed like a bottle of cola. I emailed a photo of the foaming wine to Dry Drinker and requested a refund, and that's went it all went wrong. The emails I received from the company's founder were arrogant, patronising, unprofessional and unapologetic; by far the worst customer service I've encountered in a very long time. I had to ask an infuriating four times for a refund before he agreed to a refund rather than a replacement. In my experience, the 'magical' customer service described on their website is a complete fantasy and the founder is drastically ill-suited to dealing with complaints. I'm sure the products they sell are generally fine, but this isn't how to deal with things when something (very minor) goes wrong. If you can buy the same product from a company with more professional and helpful customer service, that's what I'd recommend and that's what I'll be doing in the future. The founder should recruit someone who has some understanding of good customer service to deal with complaints (one is referred to on their website, I wish I'd dealt with her, if she exists!) and familiarise himself with the Consumer Rights Act. I do appreciate the fact that I've now been refunded for the full cost of my order of three bottles, rather than just the one faulty bottle, but overall, I'd have been happier with a refund for the one bottle and a more professional and customer-focused response.

Reasonably attempted communication around delayed and incorrect order and their supply chain procurement error, several times.Received a dismissive and arrogant DM customer service response from owner in response to attempt to rectify same order error issue.

I found this company online by sheer luck and I'm so glad that I did!! I ordered 9 bottles (mix of red, rose and sparkling). I haven't tried any yet but I ordered them at 4pm yesterday and they arrived (safely!) at 12.26pm today. So far, so good! Can't fault the delivery. If the AF wines are as good as the delivery, then I think I'm going to be a regular customer!!
