Dr.Scholl's Tracking Order Status

Customer service is purely a machine and be 100% sure on your size.. I needed to pay €13 (more than three times the price that I paid for receiving my order. 100% not recommended, if you have a issue, customer service will clearly not help at all!

Scary. I placed an order at 11:30pm and never received a confirmation but my card was charged. Logged in and my account on the site says "There are no orders" that is just so scary. I do not feel safe ordering from this site. ** UPDATE: Around 1:45am I finally received my order confirmation email, and then at 9:40 received a tracking number, so at least they printed out a label for FedEx. I still don't feel comfortable ordering from them ever again, nobody should be freaked out like this for hours after spending $80.

I have been using Dr Scholls insoles for several years. I used the foot grading machine at Walmart and found it to be very accurate. I currently have 3 sets of insoles the oldest is about 2 yrs old and still works OK. I have lower back, leg and feet problems. My insoles help with cushioning, balance and pain. Without them I would lose a lot of my mobility. I highly recommend Dr Scholls insoles for anyone who has foot, leg & back problems.

Die Fußmaske von Scholl überzeugt mich vollends! Sehr bequeme Nutzung, tolle Pflege und vor allem leicht anwendbar. Kann ich absolut nach langen Fußmärschen empfehlen, pflegend und ohne Parfum und Farbstoffe. Die Fußmaske ist einem Socken, dieser kann bequem angezogen werden und nach der Nutzung ist die Creme leicht in den Fuß einzumassieren. Top!

I use the Custom Fit insoles and they work great, if you put them in the right kind of shoes. My foot, knee, and back pain is reduced and many times I don't have them.
