Quick efficient service. A bit expensive but it’s making a difference in my skin !

There was a delay in sending my parcel out - Evri knew they were receiving it but it wasn’t sent to them. I finally got it today. I’ve used this before and loved it so I know the product is brilliant but the shipping wasn’t great!

Very easy to work my way through the website and skincare quiz to find the most suitable products for my concerns

Customer service responded promptly and helped me to apply rewards to a one time purchase that I added to a subscription so I didn't have to make a separate order and pay shipment. Hopefully in the future we can have the option to do it ourselves. I find that the access to our rewards is not very easy on the site.
