Dot&Bo Tracking Order Status

I purchased a 59” wicker/glass table and I’m not happy with the product or their customer service. It took weeks to deliver and now it’s taking weeks to return it. Dot & Bo keeps telling me that they’re waiting for a response from the manufacturer before I can send it back. This is totally unacceptable and I’m hesitant to recommend this company to anyone.

Christmas came within a decent time frame but the pictures on the site are a far cry from reality After hours (literally) trying to get it fluffed to it's full potential it still wasn't much better than a Charlie Brown tree. I could easily see the floor and the walls behind it I tried the auto return link on the site and they wanted $56 to return it. $56 dollars for a less than $300 item. No way they aid that to ship it to me and no way I should have to pay that to ship it back Now I'm in a "3 business day wait for customer support to respond AVOID DOTANDBO AT ALL COSTS
