DOORDASH Tracking Order Status

Door Dash is usually fast and has some choices that are not on grubhub. Unfortunately they have inadequate issues resolution and as someone who orders a lot the "good luck, hope you get what you ordered" won't work for me. Cancelled my membership

DoorDash is my number one food order delivery since the pandemic and sometimes you can get a bad food order, missing items, quality issues, etc. But just about every time there is a problem I have received great service from the app.

Food delivery is convenient, but drivers sometimes mix up orders. The app works well, but I’ve had a few frustrating experiences.

I can hardly remember the last time DoorDash got it right. There always seems to be something missing, or the order doesn't arrive at all. Today was one of those days when we didn't receive our food. The delivery driver ignored our attempts to get his attention, delivered the order to our neighbors instead, and then left on his scooter. By the time we made it to our neighbor's door, the food was gone. Was it ever there to begin with? Who knows. Attempts to contact the driver failed, and DoorDash offered nothing more than a refund. Should we munch on a credit card?

I like the convenience of the company but they dont give you the sales that are in the flyers each week so if they get something on sale they just keep the money.
