False Advertisement

When I ordered it said that is would ship within 24 hours. Since it was on the weekend, I figured it would ship on Monday or Tuesday last week. However, when I called I was told that my item still had not shipped and that it would ship out the next day but I’ve yet to receive a shipping confirmation email after I called Monday. I’m hoping I receive my order and in the meantime I’m being charged interest on my credit card for something that hasn’t even shipped yet. This is just bad service. I normally don’t give bad reviews but this time for a purchase this large I would have expected better service.
