Usual easy and good value booking experience. However, if you are flying to Bergamo airport, be warned that the rental car pick ups are no longer in the car park next to the terminal, they are now a shuttle bus ride away. So you may as well save more money by opting for the off site rental companies.

The 'group' categories of cars isn't displayed. leads to uncertainty with what car you will get.

We were pleasantly surprised that the vehicle collecting us was the same one I was hiring, so suitcases/bags were already packed into the car when we drove to the supply centre. An excellent idea we had not encountered previously. After the paperwork was concluded, we simply drove away. Great!

Tout s'est très bien passé. Aucun problème, rapidité pour récupérer la voiture, pas de frais supplémentaire, personnel compétent. Voiture propre et presque neuve. Aucun problème pour le retour du véhicule. Prix très compétitif, pas d'arnaque.
