Clear communication, great options, customer service easily accessible and available here in Aus (unlike HelloFresh whose only help is in a overseas call centre where the ingredients seem to come from as old and poor quality). Highly recommended for fast, fresh reliable meal sevice.

Always on time or early delivery. Excellent meals and simple instructions, I even have my 11 and 12 year old children cooking a meal for the family each week! The food is fresh and packaged well. If we could select meals to include specific ingredients that would be good, like say ‘add more broccoli’ and if we could have a choice to include 2 vegetarian meals amongs our weekly plan that would also be great.
