DHL Parcel UK Tracking Order Status

Reschedule a delivery for a Wednesday from a Tuesday date. Monday got a message saying it will be delivered today as 2 stops away. Then a message saying it will now be delivered Wednesday. Have rescheduled my week according to the first message now the while week is wasted as had to phone them and sort out this unnecessary cock up.

This is a review of two parts. I paid extra to have parcel delivered earlier, and arranged to make delivery on a day I was going to be in, as parcel contained clothing for a wedding. Despite make sure driveway gates were open, that large house name sign could be seen, and that at least one person was in all day, and listened out for van in our quiet road, at time given, no parcel arrived. Message later sent to say that the courier ‘couldn’t access the property’! As I didn’t see a DHL van at all at that time, I’m not sure where they were ‘unable to access’, but it wasn’t my house! Having had concerns that it would be not delivered or not left as we would be out, I arranged to travel to nearest depot in Eastleigh, a round trip of an hour. The lady who dealt with me at Eastleigh depot on May 21st May, was lovely. She found my parcel quickly and was polite, friendly and very helpful.

My lost wallet was handed in the bus company I used over the weekend and I paid £21 for it to be put in a bag and the package to be delivered by DHL with next day service. It was posted in Glasgow to my home in Aberdeen, but went to their sorting hub at East Midlands (about 300 mls south). It then was returned to Scotland (400 miles north) and I received it nearly a day late. It is very difficult to contact DHL and impossible to make a complaint to them. Not impressed with their service at all.

Package delivery date arrived & was then changed to a day later by DHL, meaning I would be at work on the revised delivery date. Received an email to say it had been signed for by.... Me!! Funny that as I was at work when they delivered it. I say "delivered", it was actually left on my doorstep at 12:47pm and luckily was still there when I returned home at 5:30pm. What's the point of requiring a signature on delivery if the driver is just going to sign it anyway & leave it out in the open where it could easily be stolen??! I'll avoid DHL at all costs in future

Can't believe my parcel is 3 days late, they keep changing delivery dates, then say it had been delivered when it hadn't, giving an excuse about nobody was at home, when me and my husband had waited in for it all day, changing an appointment to make sure we were here when it came, when someone rings my doorbell it alerts my mobile, guess what..yep, no phone call from my doorbell. If I see any seller using DHL again I will not place an order..really disappointed in this carrier, still waiting on my parcel day 4 tomorrow..trying to contact DHL customer services is like trying to contact the pope..
