Design By Humans Tracking Order Status

This is the second time I have bought t-shirts from DBH, the first being 8+ years ago. The shirts I bought 8 years ago have held up amazingly well, and I eventually had to get rid of the shirts because the fabric wore out but the designs were still in great shape. My more recent purchase was around 17 months ago, and with a wash probably every second or third week all the designs are covered with cracking in the prints - the whites in particular are just blobs 2-3mm square(ish). Even my 'threadless' t-shirts that are 6+ years old and get the same wash frequency are better than these 17-month-old prints. It is really disappointing as I love the designs and the fabric itself seems good but the print longevity is terrible.

I was very disappointed in the stickers not being laminated so the ink comes off and the shirt quality is sub par. I wrote and complained and they didn't respond.

I ordered a t-shirt manufactured by them through an artist's website. 1) The order took a long time to ship. 2) The black printing on the shirt wasn't very solid and it began to fade after about 2 months of normal washing on the gentle cycle. There was a tiny (a little less than 1 cm) brownish smudge line on my brand new white shirt when it arrived. It never washed out. 3) Comes with a couple of shiny Design by Humans promotional stickers which fade and peel if they get wet (I stuck one on the lid of my plastic household trash bin).

Do not buy from Designs by Humans. If you have any problems with your order, they will never help you. I wrote to them three times and nothing. Avoid! Update: Designs by Humans finally emailed me that they are refunding me for the shirt that didn't fit. The refund was on my next credit card bill. I'm not sure that I would buy directly from them again but would maybe buy their designs on Amazon.

What sucks for DBH is that 3 of the 4 tshirts I received were great, it is when I tried to return a shirt that my issues developed. I emailed about 6 times, sent 2 facebook messages and tried calling. When I called, I was on hold and someone came back to the line and asked if I was calling for DBH or ???. The call line obviously supports more than one company. When I told them, they said thank you and NEVER came back on the line or said anything to let me know they were trying to resolve the issue. After 20+ minutes hold time I hung up and called back - no answer. I just got an emails saying "we haven't heard from you in a while", wanting me to order more shirts. I feel bad for the artists who are doing a great job, but due to poor customer service I won't be ordering again.
