I ordered a credenza from DENY. When I assembled it the shelf was missing and the corners were damaged...it was packed poorly. I emailed Deny and promptly received a reply from Tristan. Deny was sending me a replacement piece. It arrived packed more securely and I love it!

I am torn with the amount of stars to give because now everything is fine and I got a full refund. If only it hadn't taken several emails, a trip to UPS after packing up the return, writing 2 public unsatisfactory reviews, and also saying my experience was bad to a DENY questionnaire. They have issued me a FULL refund and did not have to pay $42 to return the curtains. Thank you, DENY, for doing what you promised to do. I appreciate it. They company has great designs. Truly wonderful. Wish the quality was better. But I am satisfied now. Again-- thank you. Previous review:(I ordered 2 sets of curtains-- making sure I could return them if they didn't work out. Cost me $20 to have them shipped to me. Quality of curtains subpar-- fabric strange, sewing crudely done, colors off. I want to return. I am told I can have a credit. I say I don't want a credit but I want my money back. (Designs great, quality of products poor.) They tell me to find a shipper and mail it back and give them the tracking number. GO to UPS and get told it will cost me >$42 to ship (USPS and FedEx even more). WHAT? UPS tells me to try to get the company to send me a label-- which is what I do. And I tell them I cannot be out >$60 in shipping and have nothing to show for it. I get told they won't send me a label-- but it won't cost me anything to get a credit-- and that is what I should do. In other words— if you are so bold as to return their items and a reimbursement to your credit card-- they will make you pay big money for it, thereby forcing you to take a credit to their company. They get to keep your money. SO wrong. I am not sure what I will do now-- I lose either way. Will NEVER order from this company again (and I have a duvet, comforter and pillow from a few years back.) DENY— you’ve lost a customer. Hope it was worth the $180.)

I bought an item and didn't use it for months, in fact, I had just taken it out of the box to use. I wasn't sure if it was defective or not, and I made it clear to DENY that I had purchased it months before was not asking for a refund/exchange. I just wanted to make sure I was using it correctly. They determined the item was faulty and another one is on it's way. I've been buying DENY products for years - every shower curtain I've purchased over the years resulted in rave reviews from my family and friends. I've started sending DENY products as wedding gifts and everyone loves them. Super company and Super customer service always!!!!

Deny Designs - it doesn't get any better than this! I have purchased art work and the selection is wonderful with many different frame and size options. It couldn't be easier. Due to an error on my part, I had to contact customer service and truly I have never had such a positive experience. Pass it on to family & friends - Deny Designs

We recently ordered a new duvet cover as part of the "bed in a bag" set. I loved the print, but it just did not work in our room. I tried to make myself like it, but I ended up deciding it needed to go back even though I dreaded what I thought would be a huge hassle. I couldn't have been more wrong. I submitted my return request and heard back immediately that I was issued a credit. I expected to have some window of time to return the duvet, but a follow up email informed me to keep it - keep, donate, give to someone, but no need to hassle with a return. What an amazing resolution. I definitely intend to order a new set and will find a home for this one. Thanks!
