Delta Tracking Order Status

On August 13, 2023, at KAHULUI AIRPORT (MAUI, HAWAII), around 12 PM, we (a French family of 3 / tourists) were facing problems we could never have solved by ourselves. We asked a Delta Air Lines Customer Service Representative for some assistance. His name is Andrew. Andrew politely and patiently saved and secured our whole trip back to Los Angeles, Paris and Toulouse, France. Thank you so much, Andrew ! You are an employee Delta Air Lines can be proud of !!! I live in Australia and recently, Delta’s airfares have been quite competitive compared to the other USA airlines like United or American. My flight from Syd to Lax and back was comfortable and no fuss. Cabin crew were polite and no delays. Quite a good experience.

Delta’s performance over my last few flights is simply unacceptable. I’m sure coordinating air travel is complicated with lots of variables and unknowns. So don’t mess up stupid things. Unforced errors….”our printer won’t work so we can’t take off and the printer at the gate won’t work either (Two flights in a row). Todays new way to mess up plans for 100+ people is that “oops, we have too much fuel in the plane (by 5000 lbs) and need everyone to deplane, 1 1/2 - 2 hr delay, then start over.” I can’t imagine telling my customers this recurring line of stupidity. Do better!

ho volato con questa compagnia aerea di bandiera americana delta, I sedili erano comodissimi, Lo spot dell'aereo era molto bello, il personale era cordiale, però il cibo era congelato e troppo speziato. L'atterraggio era come Ryanair. Ci volerò,una bellissima esperienza.😁😀😃

Dopo 458720572058 chiamate tra Delta airlines e Air France, é arrivato il mio angelo custode. Carolina, assistenza clienti di Delta airlines, mi ha risolto un problema. Grazie! Non do le 5 stelle solo perché gli altri delegavano sempre, non riuscivano mai a dare una risposta concreta. Grazie ancora Carolina.
