Czarina Tracking Order Status

First time I ordered I was very happy with the dress I received, which arrived in a timely manner. However, I have ordered 2 more items since - one I have not received, and the other has a different print from the website picture. I ordered an item costing me $341 on the 23rd Feb 2023, and it's now April 22nd 2023, and I still haven't received it. Waiting! waiting! waiting! - with no end in sight. I also ordered a dress on 23rd March costing me $399. This came quickly, but the print on dress is different from the picture on website. Have sent back for a refund, but haven't received anything as yet. A store credit will not suffice, as it's not as pictured. Tracking shows my dress was delivered back to Czarina on 11th April 2023, but I haven't heard boo from them. I'm constantly receiving email offers for 20% off from Czarina, but they haven't fulfilled my last 2 orders UPDATE! - my item that I ordered on 23rd Feb arrived yesterday 27th April 2023. All is good with it. Still waiting on refund for dress returned with different print UPDATE! - received a refund on 5th May. All good now!

I ordered a dress in 7 March 2023 which still hasn't arrived 13 April 2023. I have requested a full refund which has been ignored. I have filed a complaint with ACCC. Never, ever again! Can't believe this website hasn't been shut down as a scam!

Same problem as written in other reviews Order placed on 21/3/23. Totaly ignoring my e mail, Can't contact company. Paid $299. Didn't have a problem in the past, but this time it is quite frustrating. Ladies thing before you place the order to Czarina. Buy from Camila, bit more expensive but with excellent service and excellent quality.

I had really given up hope of either getting my order or a refund but because of your intervention and understanding of the situation, I am now thrilled to have one of the most beautiful Kaftans (Summer Blues) and will now phone order directly with you in Queensland. I'm so appreciative that you made it happen for me and I encourage others to reach out to such a great customer service person. Had previously had a good experience purchasing online from this company but my latest has been a disaster. Purchased item for a function, website said 2-8 days for delivery when processing payment. Nothing for 10 days so contacted them by email to be told it takes up to 14 days for them to send. Needless to say did not arrive in time for function! Then had to exchange for different size - what a pain. No return shipping. Item was marked as delivered back to them a week ago and still no sign of my replacement item, no response to emails and nobody is answering the phone. Suggest avoid ordering from these guys unless you have a VERY long lead time.
