CyberPowerPC Tracking Order Status

I was able to choose what specific items that I wanted in my computer--specific GPU--CPU--DDR etc.

Everything happened as I expected from Cyberpower! This is my 3rd computer from them and I never get disappointed. Great service and quality! I could not be happier with the experience.

The company does a great job and install all the components carefully. Shipping was well done and nothing was damaged. Good customer service and they e-mail you back within a day or 2.

Amazing computer. I am very happy with it. First computer purchase since 2009. That was a Cyberpower too. Ovi. I was very excited to place the order. Placed it. Then realized i wanted to add 2 more features. One was the overclocking and additional fans. I thought it was a little odd. The salesperson said. That only one modification to the order was allowed. Thought it was a bit stranger. For a computer that wasnt even close to being in the build stage. Next. I had a bit of trouble trying to take apart the computer. To remove the packaging inside which keeps the internals safe during transport. The instructions. Tho very well illustrated. Did not really pertain to my model. Had to look up how to do it. Besides that… Computer rocks. Super fast. Looks cool. Awesome

I purchased a Cyberpower PC with AMD 7800X3D CPU and ASROCK X670E PG Lightning MB. The 7800X3D has voltage /overheat issues and a critical BIOS update is needed. When I received the PC my 1st priority was checking the BIOS version it was 1.1 The critical BIOS update was 2.1 and I was unable to update it even with the help of Cyberpower Tech Support. I immediately returned the PC to Cyberpower for the BIOS to be corrected. ASROCK should design a way for users and Tech Support to update BIOS, or have a recall on said motherboards.
