Curve Tracking Order Status

On Friday August the 2nd, I got an email with my name and stating the following sentences (different part of the emails): ________________________________ You just got a global upgrade ... Your new and improved travel benefits: [ table with increased fee allowance and no weekend fees] ... You can start milking your new travel benefits right away. _________________________ However, the table was missing the free tier, even though CURVE knows that I've been a free member recently and it was addressed to me... So the email did NOT affect my memberhsip at all, and it was completely confusing except for the very last sentence (but no asterisks to make me look there, so I didn't know there was something at the end). It's not the first time that I complain about how they do NOT warn you of the fees, but this is too much

Die Karte war für mich nicht sinnvoll einsetzbar, da AMEX Karten nicht eingespeichert werden können. Hab trotz Konto-Schließung aus Kulanz die Versandkosten für die Karte rückerstattet bekommen.
