I have had quite a few online banks, such as Chime, Discover, CashApp, PayPal, Venmo, Varo, Found, but I absolutely love Current. I’ve never had a credit card before but I owed something from a past power bill from my first house when I was younger so my credit score was like a 530. Just last week, I used my Current Build card for several purchases (small transactions, probably a total of about $100) & my credit score has already reached 623!!! I love that it only lets you charge whatever you can cover at the time & immediately takes it out of your account the same way as a debit card, so I never go over & it just takes care of “paying it back” for me, because I have a major spending problem. But Current has done magic for me. 10/10 recommend, especially if you’re bad with money & in your 20s LOL

I like the check deposit

I liked Current until I made a mobile check deposit…DO NOT use the mobile deposit as I am still waiting (7 days and counting). Maybe it’s because it’s Christmas time? My direct deposit from my employer shows up a day later versus my PayPal debit card (which I used until Current made an offer I couldn’t refuse). Through my search for an answer about my mobile deposit I noticed it was difficult to find an 800…it’s 888.851.1172. They’re pleasant enough but powerless. Either way, I’ll be going back to PayPal for my banking.
