In this age of automated customer service and frustrating bots, I’m usually writing negative reviews, but Cuisinart was a breath of fresh air! I recently contacted them regarding a broken lid on my Dutch oven, and the experience was incredible. The customer service agent was clear, quick, and efficient. After providing the product details and serial number, they took my contact information, and within minutes, I received an email confirming that a replacement was on its way. No drama, no stress—just excellent, efficient service. It was such a pleasure to have an issue solved with ease. Highly recommend!

AWESOME customer service! A piece broke on my meat slicer. Called and they mailed me a part promptly. The phone call was so pleasant and smooth. Unfortunately, the part they sent wasn't the right one and the part I need isn't available so I called and they are sending me a replacement meat slicer. So easy to talk to customer service and get help!!

I purchased a 5 knife set. I had a small problem with a knife in the set. I sent ONE email, and a week or so later, I had a replacement in the mailbox. They back their knives up for sure! Thank you!

Purchased a cookware set in November of 2023. The required care was to never use high heat or metal utensils. We followed that to a tee. We even put towel a between each piece to protect it when we stacked them in the cabinet. In about May of 24 the small skillet was no longer non-stick. Everything stuck. Can't even fry an egg in it. We contacted Cuisinart and they wanted a photo of the questionable products (2). Nothing was apparent in the photos so they said it was normal wear and tear. So much for lifetime.

The Cuisinart warranty process is incredibly frustrating, clearly designed to wear customers down so hopefully they won't follow through in getting the product that they are rightfully owed. They've asked me to cut the power cord of my unit (even if unplugged is not something you should ever suggest, let alone require, of a customer) and then send in a photo of the unit with the cut cord as final proof that I'm not scamming their warranty program, despite having already provided the serial #, model #, proof of purchase, etc.
