Criquet Shirts Tracking Order Status

Called customer service, Left on hold then message that one one is available. ok.

I ordered a shirt on 12/16 as a Christmas gift. They said 3-5 business days to receive. It’s now 12/24 and they still haven’t even shipped yet. Worse, absolutely no communication about the delay nor any response to my inquiry about she shipping status. Never again. UPDATE: I reached out to customer support and they voided the original order and sent out another one, in the middle of the emails, I asked if they could change the size of the shirt. They were REALLY helpful, cancelling the second order and swapping it out for the new size. Very friendly, helpful and truly caring. It’s everything I had originally expected from this great brand. Terrible customer service. Very rude. Ben at Criquet was of 0 help. Companies should hire better customer service staff. Don’t waste your time. Very bad fit.

I had seen several commercials on tv for these shirts and had been looking for a quality polo shirt for my husband. I ordered one as a sample and was happy with the quality, however, I’m not sure the price point aligns. I will say this company has great customer service. I ordered the incorrect size (my mistake) and they replaced it for free.
