Create and Craft Tracking Order Status

I've used create and craft for a while since Hocanda days. They used to be really good. And sometimes they still are but their customer service needs a lot of training. Anytime I have any issue it's always takes forever to solve and I have to repeat myself too many times even when it's simple. Lately I had a fault with my sewing machine, sent it off for repair, that part was fine. A week later was told it couldn't be repaired would I like a new one, so I said yes. Was told they would contact within that week when they were shipping it out. Had nothing, just happen to check my bank statement at the end of the week and saw I had a partial refund for the sewing machine, but no communication as to why. So I phoned them. Apparently they had no stock to send out hence the refund, even though were still selling on their site, but they were adamant they had no stock. I suggested they sort out their website them to not give false hope to others. I then asked about the partial refund and their system was telling them I only paid that much and I had missed the second month of payment, I had to get proof that had paid the full total, even though my account with them shows it was fully paid. And considering I originally purchased it 9/10 months ago, I'm sure I would've had emails and calls by then saying I owed them money 🙄 anyway that finally got sorted and I got a full refund. I asked is it possible when it does come back into stock that I get it at the same price as I paid they said no because it's now a stock issue not a fault issue. They were meant to contact me to say they had stock in, they didnt and 2 days later the same machine came on and it was shown as a special value at the same price I originally paid. Anyway I decided to get a similar machine from a local independent retailer instead, because they clearly don't know what they're doing andni didn'twant any more issues with them. Also to have customer service lines open til only 5pm and not on the weekends is ridiculous since they play live til 10pm and on the weekends. I had to pick my times carefully as I work during those times.

Iv been watching c&c since 2016,and have made many purchase and spent alot of money over the years,I had depression at the time and c&c gave me inspiration at that time.i know we all have to move with the times with digital craft and different demos . I just find after all the years iv watched and spent alot of money crafters who craft from start to finish handmade are getting left behind . I know I'm not just speaking for myself. Since the merge with hochanda, and the difference in the presenters and demonstrers, has changed the viewing experience, example Dawn wheeler, Dan Bancroft and martyn still tune in and watch. The ones that are from hochand we struggle to watch an listen to ,that's why we didn't watch them for long if we did tune in. Also people who I speak to about the channel have stopped watching ,it's very same same. The whole stephanie waightman with her crew and all the stuff she keeps bringing to the channel under all the umbrella companies she has ,her and her demostrers,are over rated .David wait and Hannah are so patronising, it's stopped alot of crafters watching. Alot of the down to earth crafters left after the merge ,and now watch hobby maker channel, they've got alot of X c&c presenters and demonstrers on there ,think through the merge c&c have lost alot of people that made the channel good . Should have kept c&c people and not take hochanda presenters on . Example leonie adam and Janice.sorry to say myself and others have moved over to hobby maker.soo sad it's a big loss.

Only ordered a couple of items. They always think they gave the best. Take the lady, very talented, from Tonic studios. Her stuff have all been done before on You Tube etc., I do find her a bit annoying with her saying okay all the time. I suppose it’s better than literally! Anyway, nothing new. It’d be a bit hard to find new crafts anyway. Oh, and I do not bother with a die cut machine!

Bought the stone kit and Kabool die cutting machine late November. In March started getting black marks on my work and on the machine. Sent it back to Create and Craft and they said it was faulty and did I want a replacement or refund. Decided to go with a replacement, but what they offered me was the older previous blue colour. Told them I was not happy with that and despite the stone one is still available I had to accept their offer. Looking into what the Trading Standards Agency say as I was sure they should give me a like by like replacement. When they tell you the item is coming direct from the supplier, this is not always the case. I have been told my item was bought as a job lot from someone I have never heard of so when they have sold them all, if like me you have a problem you will be offered a different item. I would also urge you to look online sites such as eBay before buying as you can often find it works out cheaper in the long run It gets WORSE.The machine they were replacing is no longer available I am getting a refund although it is still available on the suppliers website.

Bought bag kit a few weeks ago Tried a few emails to tell them there wasn’t enough fabric to finish straps, With no response!!! A disappointmed customer,
