The overall tour was amazing. It was fast paced & covered all the sites we wanted to see. A great value for our money.

Deep South Tour Great time on this busy tour of Deep South USA. High points include Chicago, Nashville, Gracelands, and New Orleans. Professional service provided by Tour Director Susannah, and coach driver Leo. Great way to fit in sightseeing and origins of modern musical influences in short period of time.

Tom, our tour director was great. He was very knowledgeable , funny and sweet . Everything went very smooth and we got to see a lot of the highlights of Ireland. I wish we could have stayed longer in a few places such as Dingle and the breakfasts in the hotels were pretty nasty , but all in all it was a very enjoyable trip.

The tour director for Vietnam, "Hung" did a great job. He was positive, organized and resolved any issues in a professional manner. I would recommend him for this tour again. I was not as impressed with the tour director for the Cambodian part of this tour. There were a couple of times that Wannah was disorganized or unclear. For example, I wanted to leave at 6:30 AM from the hotel for my flight home. I had Visa issues in Vietnam and Cambodia. I wanted to get to the airport early in case there were problems. This seemed to be a problem for Wannah. A fellow tour companion scheduled the ride for us at the time I wanted, and we rode to the airport together. Later that day, after the ride was scheduled, Wannah told me that the driver that he works with would pick me up at 6:30. My friend and I rode to the airport together using the ride he’d scheduled. Please reimburse me for the fee I paid to Cosmos for this transfer. The other problem was with Lake Tonle Sap Cruise excursion. I signed up for this in advance via the Cosmos web site. I paid $84 for this. Several people that were on the tour with us paid for this tour a day or so before it was scheduled. They paid $46. Wannah could not provide an explanation for the difference in price. Please reimburse me the difference of $38.
