Comply Foam Tracking Order Status

Be aware you end up paying triple the price when ordering from the website into EU. This is not clear and easy to understand in any way during the ordering process, product and shipping value is clear, but local vat + their shipping forwarder handling fee for Collecting the local vat are more expensive than the product it self, comply is a great product but not worth triple price due to total cost . Competing brand ear tips will require my attention to explore value for money unfortunately (I tried to make my review on their site but was not able to submit my request ?)

Be careful if you order is going outside of the US as Comply Foam doesn't refund your purchase if you refuse it because of customs fees. In Denmark the custom fees amounted to the same as the order which I wouldn't accept and the package was returned to Comply. If I had accepted the package and then returned it I would have received a credit, what's the difference?

The most comfortable tips ever! I got them for Sennheiser TW Momentum 2 and now Meze Rai Solo. Can wear them all day without getting tired. They are the only IEM tips (silicone or foam) I can wear that won’t itch my ears.

Ordered these for my Sony Noise Cancelling In-Ear Wireless Headphones. The tips from Sony were too large so I couldn't use them as they kept falling out. So I saw the reviews for the Comply ear tips and ordered the small. I could tell they were better; the foam was definitely a better fit, however they still did not stay in well and I didn't want to risk losing the headphones from fall out, and I have average ears. I ended up exchanging the wireless headphones for the Sony over the ear headphones which are great. So this was a loss for me. I wish Comply would make a range of the ear tips; like small, smaller & smallest.
