Swiftic was more easy to use comparing to other solutions in the market, and not too expensive. Suited well to what I needed

I am a part of COMOSENSE, which is their fancy premium app package. They have a bunch of great looking features, BUT THEY DONT WORK. They are selling an unoptimized product. So many things don't work. They are charging you for features that aren't there, or are not optimized. They did not tell us all of these things don't work during the demo they showed us. I can't even create a coupon yet. A COUPON. Update: 1/17/17: Certain items have been fixed, I would currently give it 3/5 at the moment as the back end is still about halfway optimized. What como did was bought out Keeperz App and made it their own. They are waiting on developers in Israel to take care of a lot of problems, and have little control on how fast they move. However I still think this should be an ALPHA build that shouldn't cost as much as it does.

After spending over $700 on an App for my business, it was a little frustrating to find out that Como has no Customer Support staff. Beware! You will find a link to email support (no toll-free or 1-800 # given to directly call support). The email auto-responder sends you a message that support will contact you within 3- 5 business days. Eventually, 4 days later, I had 7 missed phone calls from an unknown number on my cellphone. It was Como support calling from an off-shore restricted number.

get this ...i have told them i am ready to upgrade my app and start a monthly contract for $89 month as soon as they can sort out my problem, 2 weeks later they have still not getting back to me with any reply ..... i have made my app and im almost ready to publish and upgrade but i have one problem with the live album, i contacted como through e mail as there is no contact number ...( irritating ) .. ...i have sent another email 2 days ago asking if the problem i am having can be rectified and im still waiting ...if this is the service im getting now imagine the service i will get once i've signed up to paying monthly ....its a shame that they have such a good platform for making an app but terrible customer support...

Como is one of the best offers as far as making your own app goes. Clear interface, good technological possibilities and handy structure. Support is swift and to the point. Improvement is possible in more room for personal design of elements, and more communication particularly during the process of submitting the app to Apple and Google.
