Collars & Co. Tracking Order Status

I recently tried Collars & Co and overall, I think their products are great. The quality of the collars is impressive, and they fit well. However, my experience with their customer service has been quite disappointing. On my first order, I encountered an issue where I received the wrong size. Thankfully, it was resolved within a couple of days, which I appreciated. However, during my second order, I purchased five shirts, and unfortunately, one of them was the incorrect style. I decided to keep it anyway, but I reached out to Collars & Co through three different emails to notify them of the mix-up and wanting my correct shirt. Sadly, I never received a response. Interestingly, I continue to receive daily advertisements from Collars & Co in my inbox, but no acknowledgment of my customer service inquiries. It makes me wonder if leaving a negative review might finally prompt a response to my emails. While I love the products, the lack of customer service support is a significant drawback.

Quick delivery excellent product. This is my 7th shirt and I will be buying more.

I now have a closet full of Collars and Co, and I couldnt be happier. The service has been helpful and super responsive. Even when I order something and have to return it (because I ordered the wrong size as an example), it's fast and easy. You have a customer for life!
