12/25/2024 One of the BEST Christmases ever thanks to this company and their merchandise. We ordered a massage chair from them on December 14th. The calls from their company keeping us updated on the delivery, the most amazing customer service EVER answering our questions on 12/23 @1am, 12/24 on Christmas eve and Christmas day blew me away. The quality of this chair exceeded expectations. The delivery process was smooth as glass. I cannot give this company enough kudos... thank you for making dreams come true

Had an e5 error code and not paying attention to wires hooked to l1 and l2 I had indoor wires reversed! Amanda pointed out the issue and it resolved the issue!
