Cazoo Tracking Order Status

Excellent delivery service, excellent customer service when you ring them Shocking when it comes to replying to emails absolutely shocking, they fail miserably.

Had my car for 9 months and I had a few issues at the beginning which they sorted quite quickly. Would recommend getting the tyres and and anything external checked by an independent garage as I’ve had to have all mine changed and it’s not covered under warranty

Great customer service and no haggling

I bought a car from Cazoo in February which from the start had a fault with Stop/Start system fault. I reported this which took over 30 minutes for anyone to answer. I was sent to a kiwk fit two or three times. each time same issue getting through each time. eventually had to leave car a whole day to get looked at miles from my house. It is a major fault with Nissan. I am currently sitting on hold trying to get through again to Cazoo. Been on hold now 25 minutes which is difficult as I am at work in a busy law firm. Wish I had gone to a garage now rather than this rubbish on line.
