House of Cavani Tracking Order Status

I just received my Sons suits for my Wedding and they are very good quality. We are delighted with the product and service.

What can I say , excellent suits and excellent customer service . My daughter in law ordered several suits for her up and coming wedding , one or two needed to be exchanged for the size and each process was quick , easy and seamless ! We also discovered a slight flaw on one jacket just days before the wedding and they couldn’t have been more helpful and sent a replacement within 24 hours much to our relief ! Thankyou so much , especially the young lady I spoke to on the telephone . The suits looked amazing too ! Couldn’t recommend highly enough , great products and great customer service .

From start to finish at the Birmingham store we received the best service possible. We are a large family and we needed 28 suits for a wedding and they helped us immensely. Elijah was our 1st point of contact who guided us through our selection. Luke from headoffice made the process of ordering easy and straight forward. This is a gem of a company with a vast and current range of fashionable lines. Its a beautiful store with a wonderful ambience. It's a beautiful store. I honestly can't praise these guys enough. The manager was friendly and kind too. Assisted us to our car to load everything up. We made about 7/8 visits and they catered for our needs at all times. Made us feel welcome and homely. Thank you for your patience. We also ended up purchasing tie sets for everyone too due to the service received. Thank you all at the Birmingham store and a special shout out to Elijah who met and greeted us on every visit. We as a family totally appreciated his patience and friendly manner towards us. We can't see ourselves going elsewhere.

The company were fantastic from start to finish with a large wedding order of 9 suits. They were very quick to dispatch and when the suits arrived they are of great quality and a brilliant fit. A suit had to be returned as one of the groomsmen required a bigger size, the returns procedure is so simple and easy with the suit being collected from your door with very little effort. The new suit was then delivered within 7 days of me sending the suit back. Fantastic service. We had to have some email correspondence in which Cavani were always quick to reply to my questions and needs. Would highly recommend to anyone who is getting married, Cavani take the stress away from you. Nick.

I ordered a last-minute velvet jacket for my son's prom, and it arrived today just in time thanks to the next-day delivery service. The fit is wonderful, the quality of the blazer is excellent, and the packaging gives the finishing touch. I would definitely use House of Cavani again for future events.
