Casetify Tracking Order Status

Checkout experience was subpar. I tried my card details about 5 times until trying another card. I did not realize you do not accept discover. Would’ve been nice to know before trying 5 times. There should be a pop up indicating that discover is not accepted.

well, i was very eager to checkout the 3 items but my AMEX and Mastercard would not go through because of the shipping/billing address. what I did is to check my credit cards billing statement for the address. there should not be periods or commas.

Your Black Friday sales are deceptive ie 15% off for one item, 25% off for two items and 30% off for three items. You are literally better off buying one item at a time. If you buy two you are actually getting 12.5% off and if you buy three items you are only getting 10% off. You should really fix this. The phone case is yet to be reviewed as it has obviously not been despatched.
